About Us

Merlon Capital Partners is an Australian-based, employee-owned investment manager.

Merlon Capital Partners is an Australian-based boutique investment manager, founded in May 2010. The business is owned 100% by its principals.

The investment team has approximately $10 million of personal capital co-invested alongside our clients. Both ownership and co-investment provide significant alignment with the investors we serve.

Our principals have a proven track record since 2005 — working to deliver excess returns and managing risk through a combination of equity and derivative strategies.

As at 30 June 2026, Merlon was managing approximately $1 billion on behalf of institutional investors, charities, endowments, financial advisers and their clients.
